About C Sky Homes
A builder who's on your site — not just your contract.
Brian Choate, Builder
20+ years of building homes the right way.
Brian Choate founded C Sky Homes Construction in Farmington to build custom homes the way he'd want his own built — carefully, transparently and with the builder personally involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
As a licensed Arkansas general contractor with more than 20 years of custom home building experience, Brian knows what Northwest Arkansas land, soils and codes demand. As a licensed Arkansas REALTOR, he can also help you find and evaluate land with the build in mind — so land and build happen in one conversation.
C Sky Homes is intentionally not a volume builder. Limiting starts each year means every client gets real access to the person building their home.
Limited starts per year
We intentionally cap the number of homes we build so Brian is personally involved in every one.
Anti-volume by design
No production-line shortcuts. Your home gets the attention of a builder, not a sales funnel.
Fixed-price proposal first
A transparent, itemized proposal before construction starts — so you know the number.
Photo updates during the build
Regular photo updates keep you connected to progress, whether you live nearby or not.
